The Town of Hardwick is seeking qualifications and a cost proposal from a qualified consultant to complete a Town-wide Road Erosion Inventory (REI) in accordance with the Vermont Municipal Roads General Permit requirements.

The selected consultant will be responsible for conducting the inventory, preparing required documentation, and providing all data necessary for submission to the Vermont Department of Environmental Conservation.

Interested firms should submit:

Qualifications and relevant experience performing REIs or similar stormwater assessments;

Names of key personnel;

Estimated project cost;

Proposed schedule for completion

The Town anticipates selecting a consultant based on qualifications, experience, availability, and cost.
