Town Meeting Options Task Force
The Town Meeting Options Task Force is established to review and evaluate alternatives for conducting future Town Meetings and voting procedures in Hardwick. The Task Force will gather information, consider the advantages and disadvantages of various approaches, seek public input, and provide recommendations to the Select Board for consideration.
The Task Force shall submit its final report and recommendations to the Select Board no later than November 19, 2026, unless extended by the Select Board. The Task Force shall not have decision-making authority. Its role is advisory only.

Meetings are held on the 3rd floor of the Hardwick Memorial Building at 6pm on the following Wednesdays in 2026:

September 2, 16 & 30
October 14 & 28
November 4 & 18
