Town of Hardwick – Office Operations Update, Memorial Building


Reopening plan as listed below. We will be following strict guidelines for entrance into the Memorial Building. Masks are required (regardless of vaccination status of visitor), social distancing is required, and limited number of customers at a given time.  Those experiencing any symptoms of Coronavirus will not be allowed in the building.

Town Clerk’s Office reopening to the public with hours as follows; Monday – Thursday 8:00 am – 12:00 pm and 12:30 pm – 4:00 pm.  The office will remain closed to the public on Friday’s.  No more than two customers will be allowed in the office at a time and Land Record Room use will continue to be by appointment only.

Town Manager’s Office is planning to allow visitors to the office on limited basis.  Hours of operation Monday through Friday 7:30 am – 3:30 pm.  Please continue to use phone and or email when able for given business.

Lister’s and Zoning Office continue to conduct business on appointment basis and you can schedule with those offices direct; no unannounced appointments.  Contact information for town offices shown on the Town website.

The Town continues to monitor state business operation guidance and covid19 case numbers and will keep the option open to adjust office operations if / as needed moving forward.
