Town Clerk Office Land Records Use


The Hardwick Town Clerk’s Office is setting up a schedule for the return to work order from Governor Scott on Friday, April 17, 2020.

We will be offering and requiring the following for land records access:

  • We will be open for appointments for one person at a time on Wednesdays and Fridays from
    9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for hour blocks.
  • Appointments must be scheduled 24 hours in advance.
  • If you are not wearing a protective mask when you arrive you will not be allowed to enter the building.
  • We will have the office set up very specifically so that we can safely social distance. You will be asked to use hand sanitizer as you enter the research area and rubber gloves will be provided to you if you wish to use them.

Please email appointment requests to alberta.miller@hardwickvt.gov or tonia.gray@hardwickvt.gov and include in your request any information you will need from us like tax bills, water & sewer bills and listers cards so that we can have them available when you arrive.

Finally, we are not open for business as usual. We are still very concerned for our safety and the safety of those we come in contact with. We appreciate your cooperation to make us all feel safer during this trying time.
