The preliminary plan per AT&T is to conduct the balloon test next weekend.
As noted prior New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC (AT&T) has a petition filed with the Vermont Public Utility Commission requesting a certificate of public good, pursuant to 30 V.S.A. § 248a, authorizing the installation of wireless telecommunications equipment at 283 Cooper Brook Drive in Hardwick, Vermont. This cell tower installation is in the vicinity of Buffalo Mountain in Hardwick.

As part of the proposed project review AT&T has agreed to conduct a second balloon test so visual effects of the proposed tower installation can be evaluated. The announcement for the upcoming test is listed following;
