Planning Commission (HPC)


ABOUT THE PLANNING COMMISSION


The Hardwick Planning Commission (HPC) is responsible for determining and executing projects related to the Hardwick Municipal Plan and alterations to the Hardwick Unified Development Bylaws.

REGULAR MEETINGS

The Planning Commission meets at 6:30PM on the second Tuesday of every month.  Currently, the Commission is meeting in person on the third floor of the Memorial Building. There is a Zoom option available at each meeting.

Please note that the HPC will not be meeting at their usual time and date in October 2025. The HPC will hold their regular October meeting on October 7, 2025 (instead of October 14, 2025.

Winter 2025-2026 Office Hours

The Planning and Zoning Office will be closed from March 27, 2026 through April 24, 2026 due to a scheduled medical leave. The office will reopen on April 27, 2026.
Monday – 11 am to 1 pm
Tuesday – 8:30 am to 2 pm
Wednesday – 9:30 am to 2 pm
Thursday – 8:30 am to 2 pm
Friday – By Appointment
Saturday – By Appointment
Outside of daily stated hours, by appointment.
